About the position

Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee restaurant operations in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in high-volume settings, and will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Assist General Manager with all hiring and terminations

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role in the restaurant industry
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Experience with working shifts of 10-12 hours
