About the position

The Hospitality Marketing Manager at Sushi by Bou is a strategic role focused on overseeing marketing initiatives across various channels to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This position requires a dynamic leader who can manage marketing projects, collaborate with hotel partners, and execute successful campaigns, all while maintaining a strong presence in the South Florida market with some remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental budget and liaise with accounting for vendor payments.
  • Administer the marketing project management software and manage the master marketing calendar.
  • Oversee website content updates and manage relationships with website providers.
  • Identify and oversee company collaborations and promotions.
  • Manage creative assets and presentation development for new projects.
  • Provide creative direction for digital ads and printed materials, including print production and merchandise.
  • Recruit and manage freelancers for photo and video projects.
  • Manage venue signage and signature management via WiseStamp.
  • Oversee pre-opening marketing schedules and timelines for new locations.
  • Liaise with local marketing groups and manage web/social setup for new locations.
  • Handle collateral production and public relations for openings, including agency oversight.
  • Work with media buying and influencer teams for opening events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with CRM/SMS teams for campaign creation, database management, and customer loyalty program implementation.
  • Manage hotel partner marketing relationships and local community outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Excellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
