The Hospitality Marketing Manager at Sushi by Bou is a dynamic role focused on overseeing a variety of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. This position involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing relationships with hotel partners, and ensuring successful marketing campaigns for new venue openings. The role offers flexibility with remote work options while being primarily based in South Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental budget and liaise with accounting for vendor payments.
  • Oversee the master marketing calendar and administer project management software.
  • Manage relationships with website providers and ensure content updates.
  • Identify and oversee company collaborations and promotions.
  • Manage brand assets and oversee creative direction for digital and print materials.
  • Recruit and manage freelancers for photo and video production.
  • Manage all venue signage and presentation development for new projects.
  • Oversee pre-opening marketing schedules and timelines for new locations.
  • Liaise with local marketing groups and manage web and social media setups for new venues.
  • Handle opening public relations and work with media buying teams for paid media campaigns.
  • Manage influencer relationships and on-site opening events.
  • Work with CRM/SMS teams for campaign creation, database management, and customer loyalty program implementation.
  • Engage with hotel partners and oversee local marketing outreach and social media efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Excellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
