The Hospitality Marketing Manager at Sushi by Bou is a dynamic role focused on overseeing a variety of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This position involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing departmental budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role offers local flexibility within South Florida and requires a strong background in restaurant marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental budget and liaise with accounting for vendor payments.
  • Administer the marketing project management software and manage the master marketing calendar.
  • Oversee website content updates and manage relationships with website providers.
  • Identify and oversee company collaborations and promotions.
  • Manage creative assets and oversee presentation development for new projects.
  • Direct creative graphics for digital ads and printed materials, including print production.
  • Recruit and manage freelancers for photo and video projects.
  • Manage venue signage and signature management via WiseStamp.
  • Oversee pre-opening marketing schedules and timelines for new locations.
  • Liaise with local marketing groups and manage web and social media setups for new venues.
  • Handle collateral production and public relations for openings, including agency oversight.
  • Collaborate with media buying teams for opening paid media and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Work with CRM/SMS teams for campaign creation, database management, and customer loyalty program implementation.
  • Engage with hotel partners and oversee local marketing relationships and outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Excellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
