About the position

The Hospitality/Office Services Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless event support. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills to maintain a professional environment and efficiently manage office-related operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily office services, including reception backup, inventory management, and hospitality services.
  • Manages vendor relationships and coordinates deliveries (e.g., fruit, snacks, office supplies).
  • Ensures seamless event support by managing hospitality services and coordinating meeting/event logistics.
  • Prepares reports and performs light analysis on snack consumption trends and cost comparisons.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for client requests related to hospitality, facilities, and office supplies.
  • Collaborates with other site managers to ensure consistency across office locations.
  • Works closely with clients and internal teams to manage office-related operations efficiently.
  • Maintains a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and vendor management skills.

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience, leading people and teams in hospitality or office management.
  • Previous experience in office management, hospitality, or facilities, preferably in a corporate/legal setting.
  • Strong customer service and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
