We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Maitre D Manager to lead our esteemed hospitality team at COQODAQ. This role is pivotal in managing the guest reception and booking processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons. The Maitre D Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the front-of-house and culinary teams, ensuring that VIP guests receive unparalleled service. This position requires a strong focus on operational excellence, where the manager will conduct daily reviews of reservations and coordinate with management to strategize seating and guest experiences. Additionally, the Maitre D Manager will train and guide hosts and reservationists, fostering a culture of exceptional service and hospitality. Representing COQODAQ at industry events will also be a key responsibility, enhancing our brand presence and creating networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the front-of-house and culinary teams, ensuring that VIP guests receive unparalleled service.
  • Oversee the reservations system, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and maximizing guest capacity.
  • Conduct daily reviews of reservations and coordinate with management to strategize seating and guest experiences.
  • Train and guide hosts and reservationists, fostering a culture of exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Act as the face of COQODAQ at industry events, enhancing our brand presence and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fine-dining environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and reservation systems.
