Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding liquor, labor, and health codes.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of managerial experience in full-service, high-volume dining establishments or cocktail venues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Understanding of fine dining principles and beverage service.
  • Familiarity with state and local regulations regarding liquor, labor, and health codes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Must obtain a Food Handler's certificate within one month of employment.
  • Competence in analyzing and generating daily reports.
