About the position

De La Nonna, a vibrant Italian eatery located in the Arts District, is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to enhance our growing team. This position is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The Front of House Manager will oversee and manage all front of house operations, which includes supervising staff, managing guest interactions, and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly during service hours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency during peak hours. You will implement and uphold operational systems, including inventory management and supply ordering, to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and prepared for service. Conducting training sessions for new staff will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will be fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality within the team.
