About the position

The Hospitality Project Coordinator role is a temporary, full-time position focused on supporting the national growth of the Hospitality business. This position is responsible for coordinating installations for various products within the Hospitality sector, ensuring effective communication and project management throughout the lifecycle of installations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to meet key deliverables and involves managing project development and implementation to enhance business processes and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage installations for products within the Hospitality business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to meet key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate communication across operational groups.
  • Update and track projects in project management tools, providing consistent status updates.
  • Adhere to proactive customer communication intervals, including phone calls and emails to update customers on project progress.
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed, including Hospitality Network and Convention Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant work experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management required.
  • Experience in the Hospitality business, specifically with Hospitality Network, is required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle for billing, invoicing, and reconciliation is preferred.
