About the position

The Senior Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling, planning, and on-site support of campus tours and events. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in event planning and project management. The coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and provide excellent service to visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Own the scheduling and execution of campus tours for various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with tour attendees to track attendance and execute tour agreements.
  • Maintain tour calendars for all campus locations.
  • Lead the planning of client-focused meetings and events, including logistics and operations.
  • Support the Hospitality team with administrative duties such as expense reports and travel reservations.
  • Correspond professionally with vendors, executives, and clients.
  • Coordinate with departments like Security and Audio/Visual for event execution.
  • Identify and create protocols for increased efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure a great visitor experience.
  • Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent calendar management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment.
  • Resourceful self-starter who improves workflow.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Asana or other project management tools.
