About the position

The Hospitality Sales Manager at SBMG is responsible for generating top-line revenue by developing new accounts and growing existing hotel accounts. This role involves leading a sales team, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Motivate and coach sales team members to maximize their performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored audio-visual solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Actively participate in Revenue Management calls.
• Assist with servicing events.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales call reports and submit to the Account Manager and Corporate Operation and Sales Team.

Requirements

• Experience in Hospitality Management and Sales
• Mid-level experience in forecasting and leadership
