About the position

The Hospitality Services Associate serves as the first point of contact at Concord Hospital, providing a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves greeting individuals, offering wayfinding assistance, and acting as an informational resource, ensuring a positive experience for all who enter the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes patients, visitors, and employees entering Concord Hospital.
  • Screens all patients, visitors, and staff entering the building as directed by Administration.
  • Provides wayfinding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff, either in person or on the telephone.
  • May assist in pushing patients in wheelchairs to their destinations within the hospital.
  • Acts as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff via in-person interactions, telephone, or email.
  • Supports the department's special programs and initiatives.
  • Participates and engages in department and division activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of customer service experience in a professional business environment dealing with the public in person and on the phone.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer applications.
