As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that every guest interaction is filled with honor, dignity, and respect. You will gain proficiency in various zones of the restaurant, which may include receiving guest orders, operating a cash register, and accurately processing payments. Your role will also involve assembling and delivering guest orders, cleaning and restocking areas, and adhering to food safety and cleanliness guidelines. This position requires the ability to work efficiently on your feet for several hours, lift objects up to 20 lbs., and work outside in various weather conditions while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity, and respect in all guest interactions.
  • Gain proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant, including receiving guest orders and operating a cash register.
  • Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required.
  • Assemble and deliver guest orders with a high level of hospitality.
  • Clean and restock the front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms as needed.
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Restaurant experience preferred.
