Responsibilities

• Establish benchmarks to gauge training program efficiency.
• Conduct assessments and analyze guest feedback to align with expectations and standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations for service and training improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to tailor training content to organizational goals.
• Lead special projects aimed at driving innovation in hospitality training.
• Act as a liaison to ensure cohesive training standards across departments.
• Champion initiatives related to guest happiness and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in customer service and operations
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong digital literacy
• Validated leadership and supervisory skills
