Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers by name and develop rapport with each person.
• Direct traffic to maintain a smooth flow of vehicles.
• Promote excellent customer relations and ensure a positive experience for guests.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and timeliness.
