About the position

The Hospitality Web Experience Designer at Stanford Hotels Corporation is responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to enhance online visibility and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing website content, executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing customer experiences, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of online initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase online visibility and reservations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor websites to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of company websites for high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with web developers to introduce new features on vanity websites.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid search.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all online content is accurate and engaging in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage content updates on Hilton and Marriott systems, including imagery and videos.
  • Optimize the online customer journey and implement feedback mechanisms.
  • Use web analytics tools to monitor KPIs and track eCommerce performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management and hotel teams.
  • Collaborate with corporate and property teams to align eCommerce initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven success in driving online sales and enhancing digital presence.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience using web analytics tools, particularly Google Suite.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
