About the position
The Host position at Acme Feed & Seed is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to guests as they enter the restaurant. The host is responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a great dining experience by managing guest seating and table rotation.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Provide a great experience for our guests
- Understand the menu selections and suggest items based on customer needs
- Assign guests to tables they prefer while managing proper table rotation
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a food service environment required
- Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 16 years old
