About the position

The Host Family Recruiting Coordinator at Education Travel & Culture (ETC) is a part-time, contract role focused on recruiting and supporting host families for cultural exchange programs. This position is vital for expanding the program's reach and ensuring a positive experience for exchange students and their host families. Coordinators will engage with the community, promote the organization, and build relationships to facilitate successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and screen qualified host families.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential host families, school administrators, and community influencers.
• Engage in person with exchange students, host families, and local high schools, including monthly meetings and group activities.
• Represent and promote ETC in the community through social media, email marketing, and local media.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and well-networked within the community.
• Ability to drive for in-person visits and have a valid Driver's License.
• Eager to make a positive impact and share the mission of ETC.
