Responsibilities
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner.
- Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists during high volume periods using OpenTable.
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return.
- Make sound and effective decisions that benefit guests and their families.
- Answer phone calls and communicate guest requests effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Ability to manage reservations and guest expectations during busy times.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
