About the position

The Independent Contract Program Manager will supervise and coordinate the operations of host home services, ensuring compliance in medical services, day services, and the health and safety of the individuals served. This role emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the follow-up of all medical, therapeutic and external provider interventions.
  • Review and monitor program plans, assessments and individual support plans to ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting, monitoring program specific revenue and expense to ensure efficient use of agency resources.
  • Review the progress of individuals served on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • A positive, high energy and solution oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred - can substitute 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Four years of work related experience, preferably with I/DD.
  • One year of supervisory or management experience.
