Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
