About the position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Seat guests and manage reservations
• Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
• Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times effectively
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient seating

Requirements

• Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Knowledge of food service and restaurant operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
