Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party
• Estimate guest wait time and relay information to guests
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and providing menus
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance as needed
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
• Ensure place settings are appropriate and clean
• Check menus for cleanliness and availability
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Monitor dining room for seating availability and guest well-being
• Resolve and respond to guest issues
• Assist servers as needed
