About the position

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Answer phones and take To-Go orders.
- Enter and package To-Go orders accurately.
- Collect payments from guests.
- Fill beverage orders as needed.
- Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables.
- Resolve guest complaints and notify the manager of any issues.
Requirements
- Ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations.
- Effective communication skills with guests.
- Sufficient mobility to operate in the work area.
