The Host/Hostess at Waffle House plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Responsibilities

• Greets all incoming customers with a smile and opens the door for them.
• Invites customers to find a table or shows them to waiting chairs, ensuring a short wait.
• Manages the order of waiting customers to ensure prompt seating as tables become available.
• Thanks customers as they leave and invites them to return.
• Stocks and maintains the self-service coffee bar for waiting customers.
• Hands menus to waiting customers.
• Answers customers' questions regarding the menu and wait times.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience as a host or in a similar role.
