The position is responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly, and courteous manner. The role includes answering incoming reservation calls, completing reservations in the computerized reservation system, and keeping abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. The individual will check availability on a continuous basis and perform other related duties as assigned. Additionally, the position requires managing incoming reservations and venue floor using the table management system, assisting with daily administrative work as directed by the venue manager, and maintaining effective communication with guests, staff, and management.
