About The Position

The Host Person at Stanton Prime is responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role involves answering reservation calls, maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and assisting with administrative tasks as directed by the venue manager.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage products.
  • Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.
  • Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operation preferred.
  • High School education or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Food Safety Team Member Training required.
  • Training in Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming reservation calls and complete reservations in the computerized reservation system.
  • Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus.
  • Check availability on a continuous basis.
  • Manage incoming reservations and venue floor using the table management system.
  • Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the venue manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
