Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
• Provide information about our offerings and specials.
• Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a bustling environment.
• Comfortable with reservation systems and technology.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
