About the position

As a host at The Cheesecake Factory, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Your role involves greeting guests at the door, guiding them to their tables, and managing wait times effectively. You will also assist guests with inquiries about our menu and bakery offerings, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and provide a warm welcome.
• Guide guests to their tables based on their preferences.
• Manage guest seating and wait times accurately.
• Encourage guests to browse the menu or bakery case during wait times.
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and twist continuously.
• Strong communication skills to create a hospitable environment.
• Ability to manage guest seating and wait times efficiently.

• Experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
