About the position

Hot Tub Products LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Hot Tub Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair hot tubs and spas for residential and commercial clients. The role emphasizes customer service and requires experience in plumbing, electrical work, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and spas.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Test and clean water systems, including pumps, heaters, filters, and jets.
• Provide expert recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers about services and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all service work is completed safely and up to company standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hot tub service, repair, or maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
