The Assistant Hotel Manager will play a vital role in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting the Hotel Manager. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk staff and manage guest relations to address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality management practices and customer service excellence.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and special requests from guests.
- Implement promotional strategies to enhance guest services and improve occupancy rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, and customer relations.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with guests and staff alike.
