About the position

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team, serving as the first point of contact for guests and providing exceptional customer service to create a positive experience from check-in to check-out. The role involves managing guest inquiries, reservations, and maintaining accurate guest records while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage online and phone bookings
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Maintain guest records and reservations accurately
• Assist with night audit procedures if required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management practices and guest relations
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and resolve guest issues effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
