In this position, you will be expected to anticipate guests' needs and respond to them in a timely manner, maintaining positive relations at all times. You will handle guest complaints and work diligently to ensure their satisfaction. A comprehensive knowledge of hotel features and services, including hours of operation, room rates, special packages, and daily activities, is essential. Your daily tasks will include processing guest check-ins, verifying registration information, managing overbooked situations, and recording wake-up call requests. You will also communicate important guest information to relevant departments and resolve any discrepancies in room status reports with housekeeping. Additionally, you will receive training in Food and Beverage operations to assist in those areas as needed.
