Responsibilities

  • Manage full P&L accountability and facilities management.
  • Build relationships with field and corporate leadership and support partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of stable management experience in Hotel, Motel, or Restaurant Management.
  • Passion for recruiting and developing team members.
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction skills.
  • Experience in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in P&L management and facilities management.
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality management for at least 1 year.
