About the position

The Hotel General Manager at Dalwadi Hospitality Management is responsible for overseeing the overall success of the hotel, ensuring optimal guest and associate experiences through strong leadership and effective management. This role requires a focus on revenue generation, cost control, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, while also fostering a positive work environment for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and maximize the Associate experience to enhance Guest experience.
  • Drive revenue and maximize profits through effective leadership.
  • Manage and motivate associates to achieve financial results and satisfaction.
  • Champion internal and external communications and record keeping.
  • Aggressively pursue revenue goals and manage the annual budget.
  • Control operational expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure the hotel meets/exceeds guest satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Analyze service and quality issues and identify training needs.
  • Provide leadership support to the sales team and implement the annual Marketing plan.
  • Develop and maintain community relationships.

Requirements

  • Must have Marriott experience, pre-opening preferred.
  • 3 years of hotel operations experience with a minimum of 2 years at the management level.
  • Strong leadership skills and self-motivated team builder.
  • Willing to work 50+ hours per week (minimum 5 days per week).
  • College or higher level education.
