About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue growth. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations.
• Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Supervise and mentor hotel staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
• Be proactive in functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Monitor financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel's services and special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and customer service best practices.
• Experience in revenue management techniques to drive profitability.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with resort operations is highly desirable.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
