Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management, as a Hotel General Manager, within the hospitality industry at least 3 years.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in a hotel setting.
• Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
