About the position

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a downtown Extended Stay hotel property, focusing on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational compliance. This role requires a genuine hospitality spirit and a commitment to inspiring and leading staff to achieve the hotel's goals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the operations, guest satisfaction, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance regarding brand standards.
• Work closely with all departments and ownership to ensure goals are being achieved.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand and property by actively engaging with guests and team members.
• Pursue guest satisfaction relentlessly.

Requirements

• A positive, collaborative mindset.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a limited-service hotel General Manager.
• Ability to develop and inspire all staff.
• Open availability is required.
