Requirements

  • Experience in sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize room occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging team development.
  • Ensure compliance with all Marriott brand standards, local laws, and safety regulations.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, RevPAR, guest satisfaction scores) and implement initiatives to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to attract business and leisure travelers.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.
