About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed for cleaning duties.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage but not mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
