The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and enhancing their overall experience at our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established procedures and standards.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy items as required by the job duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
