About the position
Join our Housekeeping Team at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, where you can launch your career in the hospitality industry without any prior experience. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, the lobby, and other workspaces. You will check all allocated floors at the start of each shift and throughout the day to collect garbage, soiled linen, and restock linen and supplies as needed. Providing the highest level of customer service is essential, as you will be expected to anticipate and respond quickly to guests' and employees' requests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and hallways
- Clean and restock lobby and other workspaces
- Check allocated floors at the start of each shift
- Collect garbage and soiled linen
- Restock linen and supplies as needed
