Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure fair assessments and development opportunities.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Utilize HRIS systems for efficient management of employee data and reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop budgeting strategies for HR initiatives.
• Negotiate employment terms and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in human capital management practices across the organization.
