Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks across various disciplines including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and professional painting.
- Interact with guests in a professional manner while performing maintenance duties.
- Lift heavy objects (over 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the hotel.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance (minimum 1 year required).
- Proficiency in multiple maintenance functions such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and painting.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
