About the position
The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring customer satisfaction, and balancing accounts from the day shift. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks related to hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Balancing all accounts from the day shift.
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preferences.
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role.
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
- Answering calls and queries related to potential bookings.
Requirements
- 1 year of hotel experience (preferred).
- 1 year of front desk experience (preferred).
