The Night Auditor position at our new boutique hotel in Sedro-Woolley involves managing night-time front desk operations and performing essential accounting tasks. Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Perform daily audit tasks, including balancing accounts, processing payments, and generating reports to ensure accurate financial records.
• Monitor hotel security, conducting regular property checks to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise overnight to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Prepare for the upcoming day by organizing reports, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with the morning team.
• Communicate or resolve any discrepancies in billing, reservations, or room status.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
