As part of the Seven Feathers family, you’ll feel valued and supported every step of the way. The position involves answering internal and external telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, directing calls using the resort (PBX) system, processing guest wake-up calls, taking and distributing messages for resort guests, providing information on guest services, and answering inquiries about public resort events. You will also assist in the coordination of communications within the resort including emergency procedures, alarms, life safety, and natural disasters. Duties include but are not limited to: promptly answering telephone calls and greeting callers with a positive and clear voice, using listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate, complete information, directing calls to appropriate guest rooms, staff or departments, recording and relaying complete and accurate messages, receiving and recording wake-up call requests, performing wake-up calls in a timely manner, and paging guests and employees using the public address system in a courteous and understandable manner.
