About the position

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, market analysis capabilities, and a passion for business development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of hotel sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage account management tasks, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and marketing efforts.
  • Provide leadership support by coordinating training sessions for new sales team members.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
  • Proficiency in Delphi or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A background in hotel or related fields is a plus.
