Position Summary: As a Sales Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, you will be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships to increase hotel revenue. Working closely with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll create customized sales strategies to meet client needs, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to the hotel's overall success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within designated market segments such as corporate accounts, catering, events, group bookings, and more. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, improve customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by strategizing and implementing effective sales tactics. Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client requirements are accurately documented and executed.
