About the position

The Hotel Sales Manager at Comfort Suites in Frisco, TX is responsible for driving hotel revenue and business generation through active solicitation of new business, negotiation of contracts, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual who can create personal connections and exceed guest expectations while achieving aggressive sales goals. Responsibilities

• Oversee the retention and acquisition of business accounts by growing the existing customer base and generating new business.
• Create, implement, and execute all aspects of the sales and marketing plan to surpass revenue goals.
• Make outside sales calls, in-person when necessary, while maintaining and servicing relationships with current accounts.
• Manage group and volume-based business, including contracts and business-related administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the operations team on the development and execution of sales plans for the hotel.
• Respond to sales leads, RFPs, and inquiries.
• Work cohesively with the General Manager, corporate team, and brand-level contacts on programs, processes, and implementations as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns.

Requirements

• Previous sales-related experience, regardless of industry, is required.
• A proven background in hospitality sales experience is highly preferred.
